Text
The Department of Children and Families shall constitute a successor department, in accordance with the provisions of sections 4-38d, 4-38e and 4-39, to the Department of Education for purposes of administering the youth services bureau grant program and enhancement grant program pursuant to sections 10-19m to 10-19q.
