Text
For the school year commencing July 1, 2023, and each school year thereafter, any employee of a local or regional board of education who is involved in or responsible for hiring educators for the school district shall successfully complete the video training module relating to implicit bias and anti-bias in the hiring process, developed pursuant to section 10-156ee, prior to such employee's participation in the educator hiring process for the school district.
