Text
(a)(1) Each administrators' or teachers' representative organization shall file with the commissioner a written designation, on such form as the commissioner shall prescribe, of a statutory agent for service of process who shall be the statutory agent for all members of the administrators' unit or teachers' unit, as defined in subsection (a) of section 10-153b, who shall be (A) a natural person who is a resident of this state, or (B) a domestic corporation.
(2)Each written appointment shall be signed by the president or vice president or secretary of the appointing organization. Each written appointment shall also be signed by the statutory agent for service therein appointed.
