Text
(1)All of the powers, rights,
and authority granted to counties by this part 1 and to cities and towns by any other
law may be exercised and enjoyed by such counties, cities and counties, cities, and
towns, acting jointly, either within or without the territorial limits thereof, without
regard to the distance said airport may be located from the boundary of any such
city or town.
(2)(a) Any two or more of such counties, cities and counties, cities, or towns
may enter into agreements with each other duly authorized by resolution or
ordinance for joint action pursuant to the provisions of this part 1. Each such
