The board of county commissioners of any county is authorized to rent or lease or lease and convey any lands or interest in lands acquired by the county for the purposes set forth in this part 1 to any person, partnership, association, or corporation, either public or private, for commercial, industrial, or other purposes, for such periods of years and upon such terms and conditions as are deemed in the best interests of the county by the board of county commissioners, and the terms thereof shall be binding upon succeeding boards of county commissioners.
