Colorado Statutes
§ 40-9-101 — Application of sections
Sections 40-9-101 to 40-9-110 apply to
any common carrier engaged in the transportation of passengers or property by
railroad from one point within the state to any other point within the state. These
sections do not apply to the ownership or operation of street transportation public
utilities conducted solely as common carriers in the transportation of passengers.
