Text
The nonprofit corporation designated
by the commission pursuant to section 40-8.5-104 shall disburse moneys to the
state department of human services to make energy assistance payments on behalf
of or to persons determined by the department to be eligible for such assistance in
accordance with section 40-8.5-105.
