§ 40-20-315 — Severability
If any provision of this part 3 or the application of
this part 3 to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity does not
affect other provisions or applications of this part 3 that can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 3 are
declared to be severable.
