Text
(1)A qualifying
retail utility regulated by the commission that submits a filing, including a resource
plan or application, that includes a proposed accelerated retirement of an electric
generating facility shall also include a workforce transition plan as part of its filing.
(2)To the extent practicable, a workforce transition plan must include
estimates of:
(a)The number of workers employed by the qualifying retail utility or a
contractor of the qualifying retail utility at the electric generating facility, which
number must include all workers that directly deliver fuel to the electric generating
facility;
(b)The total number of workers whose existing jobs, as a result of the
retirement of the electric generating facility:
(I)Will be retained; and
(II)Will be eliminat
