§ 40-2-120 — Rail transportation policy
In regulating rail carriers, the state of
Colorado hereby adopts the rail transportation policy of 49 U.S.C. sec. 10101; except
that the references therein to the United States government and its agencies shall
refer to the state of Colorado and its agencies.
