§ 40-2-107 — Compensation and expenses of employees
(1)All employees of
the commission shall receive such compensation as may be fixed pursuant to law.
(2)Repealed.
(3)All expenses incurred by the commission pursuant to the provisions of
this title, including the actual and necessary traveling expenses and other
expenses and disbursements of the commissioners, their officers, and employees
shall be paid by the controller from the funds appropriated for the use of the
commission upon vouchers of the commission therefor.
