§ 40-2-106 — Reports and decisions of the commission
Whenever an
investigation is made, a hearing is held, or a decision is entered by the commission,
it is the duty of the commission to make a report or decision in writing in respect
thereto which shall state its findings of fact and conclusions thereon, together with
its decision or requirement in the premises. All such reports and decisions shall be
entered of record and a copy thereof shall be furnished to all parties to the
proceedings and to such other persons as the commission may deem advisable.
