Text
The
price of telecommunications services or products which are not subject to the
jurisdiction of the commission shall not be priced below cost by use of subsidization
from customers of services and products subject to the jurisdiction of the
commission, and any such cross-subsidization is deemed to be an illegal restraint of
trade subject to the provisions of article 4 of title 6, C.R.S.
