An immobilization in violation of sections 40-10.1-802 to 40-10.1-812 or section 40-10.1-814 by a vehicle immobilization company is a deceptive trade practice under section 6-1-105
(1)(mmmm) and is subject to enforcement by the attorney general's office or a
district attorney.
