Text
The
commission shall transmit all fees payable to and collected by the commission
pursuant to this part 6 to the state treasurer, who shall credit the fees to the
transportation network company fund, which is hereby created in the state
treasury. The money in the fund is continuously appropriated to the commission for
the purposes set forth in this part 6. All interest earned from the deposit and
investment of money in the fund is credited to the fund. Any money not expended at
the end of the fiscal year remains in the fund and does not revert to the general
fund or any other fund.
