Text
(1)No mover, nor any officer, agent, employee, or
representative of the mover, shall advertise a transportation service in a name other
than that in which the mover's permit is held.
(2)Each advertisement of a mover shall include the phrase CO PUC permit
no. ___ and the physical address of the mover.
