(1)A towing carrier that
violates this part 4 is subject to the penalties provided in section 40-10.1-114.
(2)A violation of this part 4 is a deceptive trade practice under section 6-1-105 (1)(ttt) and (1)(eeee) and is subject to enforcement by the attorney general's
office or a district attorney or enforcement as described in this section.
