Text
(1)A towing carrier shall record the following
information for each nonconsensual tow:
(a)The unique serial number of the tow record or invoice;
(b)The name, address, towing carrier permit number, and telephone number
of the towing carrier;
(c)The address and telephone number of the storage facility used by the
towing carrier;
(d)The make, model, year, complete vehicle identification number, and
license plate number, if available, of the towed vehicle;
(e)The origin address of the tow, the destination address of the tow, and the
one-way mileage between the two addresses;
(f)The printed name, address, telephone number, and signature of the
person authorizing the tow;
(g)The printed name and signature of the tow truck driver;
(h)An itemized invoice of all towing charge
