Text
Nothing in this article shall be
construed to prevent a commissioner appointed under this article from being
appointed pursuant to the provisions of articles 1 to 6 of this title in the same
eminent domain proceeding. Nothing in this article shall prevent the appointment of
a commissioner, for purposes of this article, who has previously been appointed in
the same proceeding under the provisions of article 1 of this title.
