Text
(1)In any proceeding initiated by an
urban renewal authority, as defined in section 31-25-103, C.R.S., under the
provisions of article 1 of this title, the petitioner or any respondent, at any time after
the petition has been filed and before judgment is entered in the proceeding, may
file a written verified motion requesting that, immediately or at some specified later
date, the petitioner be vested with fee simple title, or some lesser estate, interest,
or easement, as may be required, to the real property, or a specified portion thereof,
which is the subject of the proceeding, and be authorized to take possession of and
use such property. Any motion filed by any respondent shall affect, and be limited
in application to, the property in which the said respondent has an interest
