§ 38-6-212 — Costs - compensation
The cost of the proceedings shall be paid
by the municipality. The commissioners shall be allowed a reasonable
compensation for their services and expenses, the amount of which shall be fixed
by the court. The court may also order that the municipality pay reasonable
attorney fees.
