Text
If the ownership of any
property condemned or damaged is in controversy, the amount awarded in payment
of said property or the damage thereto shall be paid into the registry of said court
for the use of the successful claimants of said property as their respective interests
appear to the court. All disputes as to ownership of property taken or damaged
shall be tried to the court.
