§ 38-53-109 — Fees
The board shall not charge a fee for submissions related
to public land survey monuments and their accessories and aliquot corners or
bench marks. For all other filings, the board may establish a fee pursuant to section
12-20-105, which shall be payable to the board at the time of submission.
