§ 38-53-107 — Monument records - conditions for acceptance
The board shall
not accept a monument record unless it complies with the form and technical
specifications established by the board under section 38-53-106 and is signed,
sealed, or otherwise authenticated by the professional land surveyor who was in
responsible charge of the work.
