§ 38-39-208 — Action within seven years when in possession
No action shall
be commenced for any reason whatsoever to question or to set aside any
foreclosure of any deed of trust, mortgage, or other lien, unless such action is
commenced within seven years after the date of the vesting of title pursuant to
such foreclosure.
