§ 38-36-196 — Remedy against one criminally liable not affected

Colorado·Title 38 Property -·Art. Torrens Title Registration Act
No proceeding or conviction for any act declared to be a felony shall affect any remedy which any person aggrieved or injured by such act may be entitled to at law or in equity against the person who has committed such act or against his estate.
