§ 38-36-193 — Perjury

Colorado·Title 38 Property -·Art. Torrens Title Registration Act
Whoever knowingly swears falsely to any statement required by this article to be made under oath is guilty of perjury in the second degree and, upon conviction thereof, is liable to the statutory penalties therefor.
