§ 38-36-156 — Certificate that taxes have been paid

Colorado·Title 38 Property -·Art. Torrens Title Registration Act
Before any deed, plat, or other instrument affecting registered land is filed or registered in the office of the registrar of titles, the owner shall present a certificate from the county treasurer showing that all taxes then due thereon have been paid.
