§ 38-36-141 — Two or more owners

Colorado·Title 38 Property -·Art. Torrens Title Registration Act
Where two or more persons are registered owners as tenants in common or otherwise, the owner's duplicate certificate can be issued for the entirety, or a separate duplicate owner's certificate may be issued to each owner for his undivided share.
