§ 38-36-139 — Contents and form of certificate of registration

The certificate of registration shall contain the name of the owner, a description of the land and of the estate of the owner, and shall by memorial or notation contain a description of all encumbrances, liens, and interest to which the estate of the owner is subject. It shall state the residence of the owner and, if a minor, give his age; if under disability, it shall state the nature of the disability; it shall state whether married or not, and if married, the name of the husband or wife. In case of a trust, condition, or limitation, it shall state the trust, condition, or limitation, as the case may be. It shall contain and conform in respect to all statements in the certified copy of the decree of registration filed with the registrar of titles as provided in section 38-36-134
