Text
The county clerk and recorders of
the several counties of this state shall be registrars of titles in their respective
counties, and their deputies shall be deputy registrars. All acts performed by
registrars and deputy registrars under this article shall be performed under rules
and instructions established and given by the district court having jurisdiction of
the county in which they act.
