Text
No later than
January 1, 2009, the real estate commission created in section 12-10-206 shall, by
rule, require each seller's property disclosure for real property that is subject to the
commission's jurisdiction pursuant to article 10 of title 12 to disclose the existence
of any proposed or existing transportation project that affects or is expected to
affect the real property.
