Text
A description of a unit may set forth the
name of the common interest community, the recording data for the declaration,
the county in which the common interest community is located, and the identifying
number of the unit. Such description is a legally sufficient description of that unit
and all rights, obligations, and interests appurtenant to that unit which were
created by the declaration or bylaws. It shall not be necessary to use the term
unit as a part of a legally sufficient description of a unit.
