§ 38-33-108 — Violations - penalty
Any person who knowingly and willfully
violates the provisions of section 38-33-106 or 38-33-107 is guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more
than five hundred dollars.
