§ 38-30-156 — Fees for county clerk and recorder
The county clerk and
recorder shall be entitled to the same fee as in other cases of the certification of
copies of records in his office, and any such county clerk and recorder shall be
entitled to the same fee as in cases of deeds to real estate.
