§ 38-30-149 — Change of presiding officer not to affect suit

No suit instituted as provided in sections 38-30-147 and 38-30-148 shall be dismissed on account of any change of the presiding officer of said lodge, but the same shall continue in the name of the party instituting the suit until otherwise disposed of.
