§ 38-30-148 — Joint property of fraternal society
In case any property is held
jointly by two or more such bodies or lodges, the presiding officers of each of said
bodies or lodges holding jointly may unite in bringing suit in their own names for the
benefit of bodies or lodges over which they preside.
