Text
All records in the director's
office pertaining to the title to any manufactured home shall be public records and
shall be subject to the provisions of section 42-1-206, C.R.S. This shall include any
records regarding ownership of and mortgages on any manufactured home for
which a Colorado certificate of title has been issued.
