Nothing in this article
shall be construed to impair the validity of a mortgage on a manufactured home
between the parties thereto as long as no purchaser for value, mortgagee, or
creditor without actual notice of the existence thereof has acquired an interest in
the manufactured home described therein, notwithstanding that the parties to said
mortgage have failed to comply with the provisions of this article.
