§ 38-29-134 — Priority of mortgages
The liens of mortgages filed for record
and noted on a certificate of title to a manufactured home, as provided in sections
38-29-128 and 38-29-135, shall take priority in the same order that the mortgages
creating such liens were filed in the office of the authorized agent.
