Text
Any person who alters or
forges or causes to be altered or forged any certificate of title issued by the
director pursuant to the provisions of this article, or any written transfer thereof, or
any other notation placed thereon by the director or under his or her authority
respecting the mortgaging of the manufactured home therein described or who
uses or attempts to use any such certificate for the transfer thereof, knowing the
same to have been altered or forged, commits a class 6 felony and shall be
punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.
