Text
Except as may be
otherwise provided by rule of the director, it is unlawful for any person who is a
resident of the state to procure a certificate of title to a manufactured home in any
county of this state other than the county in which such home is to be used as a
residence. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section or any rule
of the director relating thereto, made pursuant to the authority conferred upon the
director in this article 29 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
