Text
(1)Upon the loss in the mails of any
certificate of title to a manufactured home and accompanying papers which may be
sent by an authorized agent to the director and upon an appropriate application of
the owner or other person entitled to such certificate of title directed to the
authorized agent therefor, such certificate of title may be reissued bearing such
notations respecting existing mortgages on the home therein described as the
records of the authorized agent and of the director may indicate are unreleased and
constitute an encumbrance upon the home, which certificate of title shall be issued
without charge.
(2)If the holder of any certificate of title loses, misplaces, or accidentally
destroys any certificate of title to a manufactured home which he holds whether as
