Text
The county clerk and recorder in each of the
counties of the state, except in the city and county of Denver the manager of
revenue or such other official of the city and county of Denver as may be appointed
by the mayor to perform functions related to the registration of manufactured
homes, is designated to be the authorized agent of the director and, under the
direction of the director, is charged with the administration of the terms and
provisions of this article and the rules that may from time to time be adopted for the
administration thereof in the county in which such authorized agent holds office.
