Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no public entity, lender, authorized person, or transferor or any director, officer, employee, or agent thereof shall be liable in any civil action for damages to a taxpayer, authorized person, transferee, or any other person for any act done or omitted in accordance with the provisions of this article.
