§ 38-20-204 — Agistor's lien - filing requirement
An agistor's lien created
pursuant to this part 2 shall be filed with the secretary of state or the county clerk
where the livestock are located. The filing of an agistor's lien shall constitute notice
of the contents and legal effect of the lien.
