Text
If
the administrator determines from an examination conducted under section 38-13-1002 that a putative holder has failed or refused to pay or deliver property to the
administrator that is reportable under this article 13, the administrator shall issue a
determination of the putative holder's liability to pay or deliver and provide to the
putative holder notice in a record of the determination.
