§ 38-12-212 — Certain types of landlord-seller agreements prohibited
A seller
of mobile homes shall not pay or offer cash or other consideration to the owner of a
mobile home park or the park owner's agent for the purpose of reserving spaces or
otherwise inducing acceptance of one or more mobile homes in a mobile home park.
