Text
As used in this part 15, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Landlord means:
(a)A landlord, as defined in section 38-12-502 (5); or
(b)The management or landlord of a mobile home park, as defined in section
38-12-201.5 (3).
(2)Tenant has the meaning set forth in section 38-12-502 (9).
