Text

The state engineer, on request of any party interested and on payment of his or her per diem charges and reasonable expenses, may appoint a deputy to measure, compute, and ascertain all necessary data of any canal, dam, reservoir, or other construction, as required or as may be desired to establish court decrees, or for filing statements in compliance with law in the county clerk and recorder's records.
